The SAGIC project aims to improve the management of non-conformities in industrial processes through the use of artificial intelligence technologies

The aim of this project is to improve the management of non-conformities in the company by using artificial intelligence technologies, such as natural language processing and neural networks. These technologies will enable the analysis of large amounts of data and documents to identify patterns and trends, making it easier for users to make more informed decisions and suggest specific corrective actions. Automation will also help reduce response and problem resolution times, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness across the company’s value chain. Agile resolution of nonconformities is critical to improving product or service quality, increasing customer satisfaction, maintaining regulatory compliance, reducing costs, improving operational efficiency, and fostering continuous improvement. Therefore, this project aims to provide team members with a tool to assist them in the various phases that comprise the resolution of a non-conformance.

The Digital Cluster of Catalonia, as coordinator, the companies ITBID and Davinci and the Catalan Water Partnership (CWP) participate in this project. It is a project co-financed by the Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo (MINCOTUR) in the call for Agrupaciones Empresariales Innovadoras (AEIs) of 2023 within the framework of the Next Generation grants and the Recovery, Transformation and Resiliency Plan.
