Ens d’Abastament d’Aigua Ter-Llobregat (ATL) is a public company of the Generalitat de Catalunya, attached to the Department of Territory and Sustainability and created according to Decree Llei 4/2018, of 17 July, by which the Generalitat assumes the direct management of the water supply service to towns through the facilities of the Ter-Llobregat water supply network.
Its vision is to be a benchmark company in the provision of drinking water supply services to municipalities, recognised by its customers and enjoying the trust of public and social bodies, in order to define and implement the future of the service, with a team of professionals who are fully prepared, involved and committed to the company’s social objective and operating criteria.
