The CWP participates as a speaker in the Spain Smart Water Summit

Last September 18, Xavier Amores, director of the CWP, participated as a speaker in the Spain Smart Water Summit, a congress organized by iAgua magazine that brings together those experts in the digitization of the water sector and where leading issues are discussed such as artificial intelligence, water digitization PERTE, innovative technologies and global trends.

This year the CWP participated in the space dedicated to the digital revolution in sanitation and purification. The session highlighted how sensors, automated control systems and data analysis in topics are really transforming operations. Success cases were presented where Xavier Amores was able to share cooperative R&D projects in sanitation and purification as well as learnings about the role of open innovation in digital transformation.

This space was shared with the speakers Javier Pino, commercial director of Spain and Portugal of Lacroix, José Antonio Piñeiro, director of operations at EMALSA, Teresa Quiroz, technical director of Gestagua / SAUR Spain and Josep Pasqual, CTO of Consorci Besòs Tordera who also presented success stories and highlighted the role of digitization in purification and sanitation.
