Aigües de Vilafranca
The Empresa Municipal d’Aigües de Vilafranca, SAU (EMAVSA), incorporated on January 1, 1993, is a private municipal company wholly owned by the City Council of Vilafranca del Penedès. EMAVSA focuses its activity mainly on providing and performing the water supply and sanitation service, performing other tasks related to the integral water and energy cycle, since it is also an energy services company (ESCO). EMAVSA collaborates with surrounding municipalities in charge of water management and sewage collection.
