THE CONFERENCE “WATER CONSERVATION AND REUSE IN THE TOURISM SECTOR” IS CELEBRATED IN SALOU

In the framework of the European project LIFE Wat’savereuse, which aims to promote the reuse and saving of water in tourism in the territories of Catalonia, Balearic Islands and Occitania, are promoting conferences to raise awareness of the hotel sector on this issue. Last Monday, March 13, in the Costa Daurada hall of the Salou City Hall, a conference was held by the CWP, the Catalan Water Agency and the Eurecat technology center, with the support of the Directorate General of Tourism of the Generalitat of Catalonia and the Salou Tourist Board. With an audience made up of representatives of hotels, city council technicians and water operators, the communication campaigns developed within the framework of the project, lines of assistance and to promote activities related to environmental sustainability in the tourism sector were presented.
