The objective of this project focused on a collaboration between three CWP companies that wanted to promote their internationalisation in the mining and fishing sectors in Peru.

The participating companies had already carried out prospective work in the Peruvian market, but had not made any sales in the country, so the objective was to combine the strategic assets, knowledge and skills of the participating companies to create a consortium with greater capacity to market products, services and technologies than they could offer separately, largely by completing part of the value chain towards the client.

Thus, the consortium was formed by three CWP integrating engineering companies to promote its dimensioning, the sum of technologies, products and services to offer a more competitive positioning in all the activities of the value chain: from marketing to the development of the project or after-sales service.

Specifically, the business model of the consortium developed will focus on three very different levels of collaboration: commercial and marketing, technological, product and service, and economic and financial dimension and capacity for the development of the project.
