Descripció del Projecte
The objective of this project is to promote the cooperation of several CWP companies in a common strategic challenge, such as the commercial entry in sectors particularly intensive in the use of water and of high complexity such as the chemical-pharmaceutical sector, consolidating this activity in a cooperative innovation project. The CWP has in this project an example of how it can act as a platform for companies to promote strategic innovation or innovation in their business model. The CWP companies that have participated in the project are: ABM, Laboratori Oliver-Rodes, Hidrotec i Hidroquimia.
Specifically, the project was developed in five different phases:
- Phase 1. Market analysis of the supply of water services to the chemical-pharmaceutical sector.
- Phase 2. Positioning and value proposition.
- Phase 3: Segmentation of potential clients and determination of the project target.
- Phase 4: Implementation of the commercial plan.
- Phase 5: Pilot test of the commercial plan.
The project has been carried out between 2014 and 2015 and has been supported by ACCIO in its line for the competitive improvement of clusters.
