Comunitat Mina i Aigües de la Salut, S.A. has been the entity managing drinking water in the municipality of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia since 1874, and it was established as a public limited company in 1969. It is composed of 280 shareholders, the majority of whom are residents and businesses from the municipality, with the largest shareholder being the City Council. The primary objective is the distribution of drinking water in the municipality of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia through its own sources, supplemented by a connection to the ATL high-level water network to achieve better resilience and provide quality water at the best possible price. To accomplish this, the company has a Board of Directors and a staff of seven members, consisting of four operators, two administrative staff, and a manager.
