Taigua

TAIGUA, (Terrassa Cicle de l’Aigua, EPEL), is the local public business entity whose objective is to manage and provide the public drinking water supply service in Terrassa, offering an efficient and quality service that looks after the interests of all citizens.

Once the water municipalisation process had been completed, it began its activity on 1 June 2018, its statutes and governing and administrative bodies were approved by a large majority of the Municipal Plenary, and it began to provide the service on 10 December 2018.

TAIGUA depends on the Terrassa City Council and is attached to the Councillor’s Office with the powers and exercise of the municipal competence for the drinking water supply service.
