X Strategic Immersion

On October 14th, from the Catalan Water Partnership, we will carry out the “X Strategic Immersion. Talent and digitalisation: engines of the future for the water sector“.

This year, we want to emphasize how digitization poses new paradigms in many areas, and how talent management will determine the competitiveness of our sector, which is why we propose an immersion focused on Talent and Digitization.

We will have the participation of two speakers: Esteve Almirall, ESADE professor and expert in digital transformation, who will present his latest book entitled “What to do when everything changes” and where he will explain how AI is revolutionizing all sectors, as well as the role of people in these changes. Núria Salán, professor at the UPC, Vice-president of the Catalan Society of Technology, and who has received several awards for her work in disseminating technology to society in general, and to women and girls in particular, will give a conference: “The invisible talent of water“. Finally, we will share in a round table the experience of several experts on talent in the water sector itself and how digital changes will affect the sector and the professionals who are part of it.
