Continuous control system for the treatment and management of levels of grease and odours in the food industry.
The project DIGITGRAS4. 0 project is an experimental development project of a solution that integrates sensing and IOT tools to know the characteristics of the grease and odours found in the separation tanks, as well as the use of GSM data loggers to transmit the information to a new digital platform that will optimise the wastewater pre-treatment process in such a way that:
- Optimise the costs of managing the waste generated.
- To avoid the occasional greying of the surrounding area.
- Avoid possible softening and malfunctioning of subsequent wastewater treatment stages.
- Improve the water absorption of the production processes by controlling the generation of grease and oils.
