Promotes adjustments in water management for tourism companies
On March 7, a hundred companies from the tourism sector will participate in the work session organized by the Costa Brava Girona Tourism Board of the Girona Provincial Council and the Catalan Water Partnership, to promote adjustments and technical solutions for a management efficient and d’estalvi d’water in tourism.
The main objective of this session will be to contact companies in the water sector and tourism companies, with the objective of facilitating the development of concrete solutions aimed at the state, efficient management and reuse of the water in the tourism sector.
Xavier Amores, director of the Catalan Water Partnership, will give a final presentation on water management in the tourism sector where he will explain the Generalitat’s line of adjustments for projects aimed at reducing water consumption.
The practical part of the day will include a working session between eleven entities associated with the CWP, in order to present the solutions they offer to the tourism sector such as the reuse of water by Girbau, which is in swimming pools by Fluidra, water pumps designed for sea water by ESPA, irrigation control systems for parks, gardens, green areas… by Regaber, regeneration of residual waters by Protecnia and Aeris, the of alternative fonts such as the Aguadelluvia plug, the desalination from Ecosystems, digital solutions from Defcon8, sensors with Sensotec and IOT from Aonchip. All of these solutions will be introduced to the session by Lucia Gusmaroli, Area Manager of the Catalan Water Partnership.
These solutions can generate various interviews and provide new collaborations and projects.
