Participation of the CWP in the National Congress of Clusters

Last July 1, the CWP participated in this year’s National Congress of Clusters that took place in Viladecans and was organized by the National Federation of Clusters and AEIs (FENAEIC). The congress was a meeting point for more than 120 representatives of clusters from all over Spain and various institutional and public administration representatives, to exchange ideas and plan future actions pivoted through the federation. During the day, the cluster’s role in improving territorial competitiveness and promoting innovation in the various industrial sectors was highlighted. Several key points were also highlighted in relation to future strategies linked to financing instruments and policies, transfer of results, visibility of the cluster environment to society and industrial actors or the promotion of inter-cluster cooperation. Xavier Amores, vice-president of FENAEIC moderated the round table entitled “The role of clusters as a lever for innovation in the industry”. The day highlighted the great alignment between the administrations and the cluster environment with a view to collaborating to respond to the future challenges of the various industrial sectors.
