Business best practices showcased in Vallès Oriental during a conference organized by the County Council

On June 2nd, the conference “Efficient water management: business best practices in Vallès Oriental” was held, organized by the Vallès Oriental County Council with the aim of raising awareness among companies about responsible water use and sharing experiences and solutions to advance towards more sustainable management.

The event was divided into two sessions. The first focused on industrial success stories, with companies such as FluidraVincolor and Derypol presenting their initiatives to improve water efficiency. The second highlighted technological solutions, presented by TelwesaNalco Water and Stenco, showcasing innovative tools to address current challenges.

The conference opened with a keynote speech by Xavier Amores, director of the Catalan Water Partnership (CWP), who outlined the key aspects of the present and future of water in the industrial sector. The event was inaugurated by Enric Gisbert, county councillor of Vallès Oriental, who stressed the importance of promoting sustainability in a context of drought and climate change.

This gathering reinforced the territory’s commitment to more efficient and collaborative water management, consolidating Vallès Oriental as an example of innovation and corporate responsibility.
