HYDS
HYDS (Hydrometeorological Innovative Solutions S.L.), founded in 2006, is a spin-off initiative of the Centre de Recerca Aplicada en Hidrometeorologia de Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC-CRAHI).
HYDS is a company specialised in the research, design, development and operation of hydrometeorological products, being an expert in real time services of high added value (information and warning systems, decision support systems, etc.).
The HYDS catalogue of services includes tailor-made solutions for different users: meteorological services, water agencies, urban drainage managers, etc. As well as a family of services for activities affected by hydrometeorological conditions (farms, flood early warning systems for municipalities, road maintenance, golf clubs, hydroelectric generation, etc.).
