Marketplace research and business in blue economy

The conference is in marketplace format organized by ACCIÓ within the framework of the Maritime Days of the European Union. The event will have an international scope and will be held at the Barcelona Institute of Marine Sciences on September 20. The aim of this day is to bring the various agents linked to innovation and the blue economy into contact, to present the main challenges of this sector and to make known the potential of innovation in order to be able to respond to them. European funding opportunities for the sector will also be presented and presentation rounds will be held in pitch format on the various scientific or technological solutions, as well as projects that are being carried out in Catalonia and the rest of the world in this field. The event will conclude with a networking session between the various speakers and attendees and a visit to the ICM facilities.
